Goal: 100 Consecutive Pushups!

I have set myself a goal to achieve 100 consecutive pushups. I haven’t given myself a deadline for this as I don’t want to rush myself and risk injuring myself. To help achieve this goal, I am incorporating 5 sets of pushups into my fitness training. I began with 20 reps for each set, then stepped it up to 30 reps, and now currently do 40 reps. I have noticed some physical changes during the time I have started working toward this goal and can’t wait to see how much my body develops over time.

    That’s awesome! I set a goal for 50 and the first couple days I noticed a difference. It’s crazy what push-ups can do for your arm strength!
