Time to get fit again!

It’s time to get fit again! I have set myself a goal to complete the Tough Mudder held in August at the Sunshine Coast. This will involve regular training throughout each week to ensure that I am fit and strong enough to complete the obstacle course. To achieve a regular exercise routine, I am going to have to correct my sleep pattern so I become a morning person rather than staying awake through the whole night. To gradually ease myself into this routine, I’m going to start off with sets of skipping, push-ups, shadow boxing, and finish off with a light jog. I’ll continue to add extra exercises and increase my reps to my routine as time progresses. Looking forward to the physical and mental improvements!
