My 11pm finish at work combined with a very early morning wake up (due to uni) has really caught up on me. I have difficulty getting enough sleep for some days and waste other days making up for lost sleep.
The solution is to consult work and try to arrange a work roster to start early in the morning rather than at night. This way I’ll be able to set my alarm for the same time every morning of the week.
Firstly, I need to consult work and organise my work schedule to suit mornings.
Secondly, I need to cancel my gym membership.
Thirdly, ensure that I get at least 8 hours of sleep a night.
Finally, prepare for rock climbing, swimming, and running.
